Strategically located at the intersection of two major transport intersections and directly linked to the two major mass transit systems (MRT3 and LRT2), Araneta Center offers maximum accessibility to its more than 1,800 retail, food, entertainment, and office spaces.

Araneta Center is in the midst of a Master Plan that will transform it into the country’s Largest Mixed-Use Real Estate Development. New developments are underway to create a mixed state-of-the-art retail, entertainment, commercial, hotel and residential uses in a complementary, transit oriented development pattern within a lush “garden city” environment that will attract a wide range of public and private activities.
