ARCHITECTS

  • Licensed Architects
  • 3 years work experience
  • Proficient in Auto CAD; detailing and rendering

LICENSED ENGINEERS


  • Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Electronics and Communications Engineers
  • Preferably with experience in the operations and maintenance of equipment in a building environment and or project supervision and management.
  • Can work long hours

MARKETING MANAGERS

  • Graduate of BS Marketing, Mass Communication or any related course
  • With at least 5 years exposure in marketing services in a commercial center or mall operations
  • With pleasing personality and excellent communication skills

MARKETING RESEARCH MANAGERS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, and Statistics
  • At least 5 years experience in market research work or any related functions
  • Organized, creative, approachable, friendly and highly analytical
  • Field work - 70%, Office work - 30%.

PROPERTY MANAGERS

  • Graduate of Business course or Engineering course
  • At least 5 years work experience in property management and maintenance of a shopping/commercial center
  • Excellent in PR and communication skills

RECRUITMENT MANAGER

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology or Behavioral Science
  • 5 years experience in Recruitment and Personnel Administration of which 3 years experience must be in managerial capacity
  • With good communications and interpersonal skills

RESEARCH OFFICER

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, and Statistics
  • At least 3 years experience in data collection, organization and management in in business development/marketing/leasing
  • Organized, creative, insightful and highly analytical
  • Willing to do occasional field work

SECURITY MANAGERS and OFFICERS

  • Graduate of Criminology or any business course with extensive knowledge in Security operations and management preferably from a commercial or shopping center establishment.
  • Male, 30 -40 years old and with good leadership skills, disciplined and with an impeccable service record and Certified Security Professional.
  • Work experience in the military unit is an advantage.

VICE PRESIDENT for HUMAN RESOURCE and DEVELOPMENT

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology or Behavioral Science with background in legal education
  • Preferably with Masteral, MBA degree or its equivalent
  • Not over 45 years old
  • Must adept at designing , developing and conducting programs on organization development, recruitment, training & manpower development enhancing professional growth and development of human resources.
  • Must be highly analytical and people oriented.
