The Gateway Gallery - Art Space at the 5th Floor of Gateway Mall Araneta Center

Philippine History in ART.

Welcome to The Gateway Gallery. Occupying the fifth level of the Gateway Tower is the newest art space in the Philippines. Managed by the J. Amado Araneta Foundation (JAAF).

The Gallery

The latest cultural destination in Quezon City spans 735 square meters of prime space dedicated to the exhibition and appreciation of Art and History. The gallery, which can fit almost 600 people, consists of a main exhibition hall and a smaller secondary exhibit area that easily converts into an events room ideal for drawing/painting sessions, artist talks or film screenings.

Sining Saysay: Philippine History in Art

is a milestone exhibit that depicts Philippine history in 30 large history and thematic paintings. A product of a 5 year collaboration among University of the Philippines, the UP Alumni Association and the Araneta Center, it is a breathtaking visual chronicle of a country’s struggles and triumphs from pre-history to the present era. Twenty seven UP College of Fine Arts alumni worked together to visually interpret a particular segment or theme from the country’s entire history.
